I have a set of push-rim power assist wheels from Frank Mobility Systems (www.frankmobility.com) that greatly reduce the amount of force needed to move around. They help on all surfaces, especially ones I wouldn't easily be able to roll over on my own. such as grass.  I can easily go up and down inclines. They are fabulous, although they were expensive.
